Welcome to Jog Belfast

Do you ever watch groups of runners out jogging and chatting and think I wish I could do that? Wouldn’t it be great to meet new friends and improve your health at the same time? Well the good news is you can and we want to help you do it. Just the same as we have helped hundreds of others before you who have graduated from our Jog Belfast couch to 5K programmes over the last three years. Don’t delay make the decision and register today, you won’t regret it.

West - January 2021

Tuesdays 6:30pm at Woodlands car park Finaghy Rd North and Saturdays 9:30 Falls Park, starting 12th January
 

East Victoria - January 2021

Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45pm, starting 11th January
 

Mercy College, Tuesdays and Thursdays - January 2021

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm, starting 12th January
