The Girls model programme is held Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm, starting 12th September, meeting on the track.

Please arrive 15 mins early to allow for registrations.

Cost

The 10 week programme costs £10 plus £1 admin payable on registration

Registration and First Night Instructions

To register please go to JogBelfast registrations chose the event you wish to participate in and enter your details. You will get a confirmation email by return and prior to first event we will email again with final instructions.

First night please ensure that you have adequate footwear and clothing appropriate to weather forecasts. A change of clothing and some drinking water is also recommended.

Please note JogBelfast programmes are for people who currently CAN NOT run 5K. Progression 5-10K programmes are available at supporting clubs
