The JogBelfast programmes have been running for four years now and are targeted at absolute beginners who have never ran before. Sessions are wherever possible in safe and secluded venues and are delivered by qualified and experienced coaching staff. Participants should be over 18 years of age and all participants should be pre registered. We have an excellent history in this program of graduating participants at parkrun and integrating them into recreational running groups run by local athletics clubs. Sessions will be twice weekly and tailored to your ability. Requirements are good shoes, warm clothing, some water and a can do attitude.

If you would like to get into activity through jogBelfast then all you have to do is to choose the most convenient programme and register online. You will receive an acknowledgement email and pre-start a further email to explain all the first night instructions.
