DAYS & TIMES

The Ormeau Park programme is held Tuesdays and Saturdays meeting on the all weather pitch behind the Ozone car park. Tuesdays meet 6:30pm and Saturdays meet 11:00am, starting 19th September.

Please arrive 15 mins early to allow for registrations.

COST

The 10 week programme cost is £10 plus £1 admin payable on registration

REGISTRATION AND FIRST NIGHT INSTRUCTIONS

To register please CLICK HERE and choose the event you wish to participate in and enter your details. You will get a confirmation email by return and prior to first event we will email again with final instructions.

First night please ensure that you have adequate footwear and clothing appropriate to weather forecasts. A change of clothing and some drinking water is also recommended.

Note JogBelfast programes are for people who currently CAN NOT run 5K. Progression 5-10K programmes are available with supporting clubs
